It is strongly recommended that students complete the following history/social studies sequence:
- Grade 9: 1211 Early Modern World History (one semester - required)
- Grade 10: 1311 Modern World History (one semester) or AP1320 AP European History (two semesters - required)
- Grade 11: 1301 U.S. History (two semesters - required) or AP1300 AP U.S. History (two semesters - required)
- Grade 12: Elective
